Hey, I’m Hailey.
I have a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Business, and I've spent over 10 years building brands for small businesses—but I haven't always done it the way I do now.
Early in my career, I was good at strategy. I could identify positioning, craft messaging, create visual systems that worked. I moved fast—solving problems, delivering solutions, getting to the finished brand.
Then my son Ivar was born with Trisomy 18.
Knowing our time was limited, I learned to truly notice—to see what was actually there, not what I hoped would be there. When we lost him shortly after birth, that practice of noticing became the only way I could survive.
And it completely transformed how I approach branding.
I stopped rushing to solutions. I stopped manufacturing narratives that "sounded good."
I started seeing my clients—not just their business challenges, but the deeper story underneath. The gap between who they thought they should be and who they actually were.
That's when branding became ritual for me.
